Rocksteady

Back when both me and submitted our Krang deviations, we got talking and we came to the conclusion that Rocksteady would be another cool TMNT character to have a crack at.

So it took a while longer than I though, but I finally managed to finish my take on Rocksteady, and here it is. I tried to keep it on a similar style to the Krang pic, but I think I should have drawn him a little less angry and maybe a little more stupid haha
